One more reason to book you after the venue tour.

A QR code song request app for your receptions: guests request and vote for songs during dinner, the DJ decides what plays, and your venue adds an experience couples talk about long after the wedding.

How can a wedding venue stand out on the venue tour?

By the time a couple walks through your venue, they have usually seen a few others. TuParty is not one more service for your team to manage: it is a detail that makes the wedding better without adding work on the day.

  • An extra couples talk about

Couples remember two things about a reception: the food and the music. TuParty makes sure every guest feels part of the party, not just the ones who walk up to the DJ booth.

  • Zero logistics on the wedding day

No equipment to set up and no staff to train. You print the QR code once and place it on the tables at the reception, like the menu card.

  • Your venue on every guest’s phone

Two hundred guests opening a screen with your logo and your socials during dinner. Plenty of them are at the age of planning their own wedding, and they are sitting in your venue.

How do guests request songs at the reception?

The QR code goes on the tables, next to the menu card or the table number. During dinner, between courses, guests scan it with their phone camera, request their songs and vote for the ones other guests have already requested. Nothing to download and no sign-up.

Meanwhile, the DJ sees the list ranked by votes on their phone and approves as it comes in. When the dance floor opens, the set is already shaped around what this particular wedding wants to hear. The full walkthrough is on our wedding song request app page.

What if the couple’s DJ does not want to use it?

It is the question that always comes up, and the answer is that nothing changes for the DJ: TuParty never plays or queues music on its own. The DJ approves or rejects every request from their phone, and any song on the couple’s do-not-play list is blocked so guests never even see it.

That is why the DJs who work at your venue do not see it as something the venue forces on them, but as a tool that tells them what will work before the first song. If you work alongside wedding planners, they have their own page .

Couples who want it at their wedding can also tell us who their DJ is and we will talk to them directly.

Frequently asked questions

Do we need to install anything at the venue?

No. It is a printed QR code and a web page: guests scan it from their phone during dinner and the DJ runs it from theirs. No cables, no screens, no equipment for your team to set up.

Does it work if the couple hires their own DJ?

Yes. The DJ gets access through a link you send them on the day, so it makes no difference whether they are on your preferred vendor list or coming from outside. It is up and running in a few minutes.

Can the guest screen carry our venue’s branding?

Yes. The logo, colors and social links guests see can be customized, so the screen can show your venue’s brand instead of ours.

What if we host two weddings on the same day?

Each wedding gets its own QR code, so requests never get mixed up, even if the two receptions are happening right next to each other.

Won’t guests spend the whole reception on their phones?

It works the other way around, and that is why it is used during dinner. Guests request songs while they are seated, between courses, and by the time the dance floor opens they have already asked for theirs. The phone comes out before the dancing, not during it.

How much does TuParty cost for a wedding venue?

It depends on how many weddings you host per season and how you want to offer it to your couples. Tell us both and we will send you a price.
