Cookie policy
This is a translation provided for convenience. The Spanish version is the legally binding one.
This policy explains what cookies are, which ones the tuparty.club website uses and how you can configure or reject them. Last updated: September 10, 2026.
The data controller is Strategic Party Solutions S.L., with Tax ID (NIF) B19483536 and address at C/ Henri Dunant, 17, 28036 Madrid. You can write to us at [email protected] with any question about this policy.
1. What cookies are
A cookie is a small file that a website stores in your browser when you visit it. It is used to remember information about your visit: from something as basic as the fact that you have already accepted a notice, to statistical data about how the website is used.
In this policy we use “cookies” in a broad sense, as Spanish regulations do: it also includes other technologies for storage on the device, such as the browser's localStorage, which is what this site uses in practice to remember your preferences.
2. Types of cookies
According to who manages them
- First-party: managed by Strategic Party Solutions S.L. from its own systems.
- Third-party: managed by another entity, such as Google or Stripe, from its own servers.
According to their purpose
- Technical or necessary: essential for the website to work and to remember your decision about the others. They do not require consent.
- Analytics or measurement: they make it possible to know how many people visit the site and how they use it, in aggregate form, in order to improve it. They require your consent.
- Personalization or advertising: they would be used to tailor content or ads to your profile. They require your consent.
According to their duration
- Session: deleted when you close the browser.
- Persistent: they remain for the period indicated in the table, unless you delete them earlier.
3. Cookies used by this website
Technical or necessary
- tp_consent_v1 — first-party, stored in the browser's localStorage. It saves your decision about cookies so that you are not asked again on every visit. Persistent until you delete it.
- utm_source — first-party, stored in the browser's localStorage. It remembers which campaign or link you came from, so that it can be attached if you write to us through a form. Persistent until you delete it.
- __stripe_mid and __stripe_sid — from Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd. They are only installed if you access a payment gateway, and they are used to prevent fraud in the transaction. One year and thirty minutes, respectively.
Analytics
The site loads a Google Tag Manager container (GTM-5K3NQCPB), which is the tool from which the measurement tags are managed. By itself it does not install analytics cookies, but the tags it contains may do so, and they are only activated if you give your consent:
- _ga — from Google Ireland Limited. Distinguishes users in order to compile usage statistics. Two years.
- _ga_[identifier] — from Google Ireland Limited. Maintains the state of the measurement session. Two years.
- _gid — from Google Ireland Limited. Distinguishes users. Twenty-four hours.
Personalization or advertising
This website does not currently install advertising or profiling cookies. If it were to do so in the future, your consent would be obtained beforehand and this policy would be updated.
4. Legal basis and consent
Technical cookies are installed on the basis of the controller's legitimate interest, since they are necessary to provide the service you have requested (Article 22.2 of Spanish Law 34/2002 on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce (LSSI-CE)).
All other cookies are only installed if you give your consent through the banner that appears when you first visit. Until you accept, they are not activated. You can reject them without affecting the operation of the website, and you can withdraw your consent at any time as easily as you gave it.
5. How to configure or withdraw consent
To change your decision, simply delete this site's browsing data in your browser: when you visit again, the notice will reappear and you will be able to choose again.
You can also block or delete cookies from your browser settings. These are the instructions for the most common ones:
Please note that if you block all cookies, some features of the site may stop behaving as you expect.
6. International data transfers
Some of the providers mentioned belong to business groups with companies in the United States, which may involve an international transfer of data. Such transfers are covered by the mechanisms provided for in Chapter V of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), mainly the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework and, failing that, the standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.
7. Your rights
You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to [email protected], and lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD) (www.aepd.es) if you consider that the processing does not comply with the regulations. You will find more details in our privacy policy.
8. Updates to this policy
This policy may be updated when the cookies used or the applicable regulations change. We recommend that you review it from time to time; the date of the last update appears at the beginning.
